Whether you want to lose weight, gain some muscle and strength or simply improve your general fitness, we can get you there. We offer a variety of services to suit what you are looking for. Perhaps you’re after 1-to-1 in-person sessions, during which we can guide and support you? Or perhaps you want us to plan your sessions to go through by yourself? Or maybe you would prefer our weekly group Bootcamp? Whatever your aims, we have the experience and qualifications to get you there.

Jason Healeas

Jason started his professional fitness career back in 1996, joining the Royal Air Force as a Physical Training Instructor; during his 16 years in the military he gained experience in Personal Training, Exercise to Music, Circuit Training and Battle PT, to name a few. He also qualified as an Outdoor Activity Instructor and Personal Development Facilitator.

He continued his passion for teaching and education with the completion of his CertEd at Wolverhampton University. Upon leaving the RAF, Jason furthered his experience and knowledge, gaining his CrossFit Level 1 Trainer award, and also became a Certified Nutritionist. With an extensive and diverse background in fitness, education and personal development, Jason has a teaching style to suit any situation, and always strives to motivate, inspire and educate each and every client, ensuring they achieve their goals.

Having been passionate about his own health and fitness for many years, the natural next step for Will was to help others with their own health goals; so he became a personal trainer. Currently a Level 3 qualified PT and soon to be studying in level 4 strength and conditioning, Will has all the experience and knowledge needed to guide and support you on your journey.

His active lifestyle and routine workouts play a huge role in his mental and physical wellbeing, and he feels everyone can benefit from it just as much as he does. He believes achieving our goals is not as hard as it may seem if you have the right knowledge and understanding of the body, and what makes it tick; be sure to use his knowledge and experience to your advantage. He will tailor and personalise plans to your needs, helping you exceed all your fitness goals.
